Constant Contact

Connect Constant Contact to route contacts into lists, import existing audiences, and keep opt-outs honored.

What you can do

• Send — create or update a contact and add them to a selected list.
• Import — pull contacts from any Constant Contact list.
• Map fields — send values to existing Constant Contact custom fields.
• Suppress — update a matching contact to opted out while preserving their existing profile.

How to connect

1. In OpenContact, go to Connections → Constant Contact and click Connect.
2. Sign in to Constant Contact and authorize OpenContact.
3. Refresh lists after returning to OpenContact.

OpenContact stores the OAuth tokens encrypted and refreshes access automatically.

Good to know

A Constant Contact destination must target a list. Custom-field mappings must point to fields that already exist in Constant Contact.
