Calendly
Calendly is a scheduling tool. Connect it so every person who books a meeting becomes a contact you can route with rules.
What you can do
- Import — pull the invitees from your scheduled events into OpenContact.
- Real-time — receive a
invitee.createdwebhook the moment someone books, so the contact appears instantly.
Calendly is a source: it brings leads in. OpenContact then verifies them, adds them to lists, and runs your sync rules — so a new booking can flow straight to your ESPs.
How to connect
- In OpenContact, go to Connections → Calendly and click Connect.
- Authorize OpenContact in the Calendly login screen.
- OpenContact can now read your bookings.
Example
When a contact is created from a Calendly booking → add them to a “Booked a call” list and push them to your CRM. Build it with a sync rule on the Created trigger.
