Calendly is an inbound contact source. Bring invitees into OpenContact, preserve the scheduling source, and let contact rules decide which CRM, list, or email platform should receive them.
What you can do
- Import invitees from scheduled events on demand.
- Enable automatic pulls every 15 minutes.
- Receive supported invitee-created events in real time.
- Trigger routing and list workflows when a booking becomes a contact.
Authorize OpenContact through Calendly’s OAuth screen. A common flow is: new booking → add to a booked-call list → sync to CRM → start the appropriate follow-up.
