Good to know

Constant Contact

A Constant Contact destination must target a list. Custom-field mappings must point to fields that already exist in Constant Contact.

HubSpot

HubSpot contacts are global (not list-scoped), so a HubSpot destination upserts the contact into your account; you don't pick a list. Imports bring in the whole contact book.

Questions

Does OpenContact sync unsubscribes between Constant Contact and HubSpot?

Yes. When Constant Contact or HubSpot reports an unsubscribe, bounce or spam complaint, OpenContact records it and passes it to the destinations your rules select.
