Move the audience, then keep the route working
A provider migration is more than one export and import. The initial list must move safely, and every contact captured after the cutover needs a new destination.
Connect both sides
Verify the source and destination accounts, load their lists, and choose the exact resources involved.
Copy directly
OpenContact streams the source list, records a canonical copy, pushes contacts into the destination, and separates fetched, pushed, and failed totals.
Migration runs outside ordinary sync rules and verification so it does not accidentally activate welcome or lifecycle flows.
Define the post-migration route
After the initial copy, update sync rules so new and changed contacts reach the new provider. Keep suppression rules active across both tools during a transition.
Remember provider limits
Destination providers can bill by subscribers or enforce contact limits. Check the destination plan before starting a migration.
