Keep every project—and every permission—in its place

Organize OpenContact around a workspace for your company and projects for each product, brand, or client. Assign roles so contact operations, provider credentials, and developer access stay with the right people.

Separate customer journeys by project

Each project keeps its contacts, lists, sources, connections, sync rules, API keys, and webhooks separate. This makes it possible to manage several brands or clients without mixing contact data or automation.

API keys and webhook subscriptions remain tied to one project, preventing an integration credential from reaching another project’s records.

Roles built around responsibility

Admin

Manage provider connections, billing, team membership, and all project settings. Sensitive credentials and workspace administration remain with admins.

Editor

Work with contacts, lists, sources, and sync rules. Editors can maintain the daily contact flow without receiving control over provider credentials or team management.

Developer

Manage API keys and outbound webhooks and read project data needed for integrations. Developers can build against OpenContact without taking over marketing operations.

Invite once, assign deliberately

Workspace admins invite teammates by email and assign the role that matches their work. The result is a shared operational view without giving every person the same level of control.
