Bring existing audiences into the same contact flow

OpenContact is not limited to newly captured leads. Import the contacts already held by your connected tools, preserve their source, and run them through the same verification and routing pipeline.

Import from the resource that matters

After connecting a provider, select a list, audience, campaign, tag, form, table, spreadsheet, filter, or customer collection. OpenContact streams its contacts into the project instead of requiring an intermediate CSV.

Supported sources include email marketing platforms, CRMs, Calendly bookings, Google Sheets, Airtable, Ghost members, and Stripe customers with email addresses.

Keep the source attached

Imported contacts are associated with a provider-named source. That origin can be used in rules and remains visible when you inspect how a contact entered the project.

Use the normal pipeline

An ordinary provider import can:

  • create or update the canonical contact;
  • run optional email verification;
  • add the contact to an OpenContact list;
  • evaluate matching sync rules;
  • fan qualified contacts out to other destinations.

This makes an import useful for more than storage. A CRM audience can become the starting point for a complete routing workflow.

On demand, scheduled, or real time

Run imports manually when you need a snapshot. Enable 15-minute automatic pulls for supported Google Sheets, Airtable, and Calendly resources. Stripe polls new customers every five minutes and reconciles older customers daily; signed Stripe events can refresh payment state immediately.

Where a tool can push events—such as Calendly, Custom Webhook, or Google Ads Lead Form—receive new contacts in real time instead of waiting for the next pull.
