Give every contact a clear point of entry

Create secure sources for forms, products, campaigns, and lead tools. OpenContact records where each contact first arrived, connects it to the right list, and moves it into the routing pipeline.

A hosted endpoint for every source

Create a source such as “Trial signup,” “Newsletter form,” or “Partner campaign.” OpenContact generates an ingest URL with a unique token and creates a corresponding list automatically.

POST a contact from a website form or backend without building a new integration service. Send standard fields, tags, custom fields, and consent data in the same request.

Capture from the tools around your form

Use dedicated connections when the lead already lives somewhere else:

  • receive Google Ads Lead Form submissions directly;
  • turn Calendly bookings into contacts;
  • map nested JSON from Zapier, Make, Typeform, LinkedIn Lead Gen, or a custom backend;
  • import spreadsheet rows, Airtable records, provider audiences, or Stripe customers.

Preserve first-touch attribution

OpenContact records the source that first introduced a contact. Later updates can enrich the same record without overwriting its origin, so repeated submissions do not erase the beginning of the journey.

Respect an existing opt-out

A genuine new form submission can create a subscribed contact. A returning contact who previously unsubscribed is not silently re-subscribed just because they submitted another form.

That status protection travels with the canonical contact record and informs every downstream rule.

From intake to action

Captured contacts can be verified, added to lists, filtered, and sent to connected destinations. The same ingestion pipeline applies whether the contact arrived from a hosted source, provider import, webhook, or API.
