Good to know

ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign maps cleanly to OpenContact: real lists, contact sync (upsert), and subscribe/unsubscribe — so it works as both a destination and a source with no caveats.

Questions

Does OpenContact sync unsubscribes between AWeber and ActiveCampaign?

Yes. When AWeber or ActiveCampaign reports an unsubscribe, bounce or spam complaint, OpenContact records it and passes it to the destinations your rules select.

Do I need a CSV to move contacts between AWeber and ActiveCampaign?

No. Import contacts from one tool into OpenContact, then send them to the other with a sync rule. To move a whole list, use list migration.
